After an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation notice. Smaller, less complicated orders are immediately placed in our production queue. Larger and more complex orders are reviewed by our design experts and sent to production after the customer has approved of the proof. Once an order ships, we send an email with the tracking information.
I ordered about 30ish shirts or so for my beer league hockey team and was very pleased with everyone who assisted in the process. The support team was excellent prior to the order and made it smooth to complete. I will be ordering from them moving forward for all my print needs. I will be researching the t-shirt options in advance though, because the ones I ordered were more rough than expecting but it was the low grade quality option, my fault.
