Questions on Custom T-Shirts? We've Got Answers.
How much do custom shirts cost?
The cost of customized t-shirts can vary depending on the product, how many are being printed, and the number of ink colors.
At RushOrderTees, we use a “rolling discount” approach to pricing. This means the cost is determined on a per-piece basis.
For example, consider the cost of a Hanes Nano Tee printed with a one color design on the front.
One of these custom tees would cost $26.61. If your order was for 10 shirts, it would run $14.33 a shirt. As the order gets larger, the price per shirt decreases. An order for 50 shirts costs $7.84 per shirt, while an order of 100 shirts costs $6.55 each.
Our aim is to make your shirts as affordable as possible for you. No matter how simple or elaborate your design is, or how many pieces there are in your order, you can expect no hidden fees or misleading add-ons.
If you have any questions about quotes or would like assistance from a Product Specialist we are only a click or call away.

How do I know if the t-shirt I want will fit?
We know it can be hard to figure out sizing online. That’s why we do our best to provide as much information about the shirt before you buy it. That includes size charts, as well as details like what the shirt is made of and if it is preshrunk.
Sometimes sizing has to pass the eye test, so we also include pictures of models wearing the shirt wherever possible. If you’re still concerned about the fit or feel of a given shirt, chat or call our Product Specialists. They know our line of products inside and out, and can point you in the right direction.
I want to order custom tees for my group. What sizes should I get?
It’s always best if you can get the exact number of sizes you need by asking each person in the group. However, we know sometimes that isn’t possible, or not everyone responds.
When you’re stuck guessing sizes for a group, remember these tips:
- Think of your target demographic, and base the amount of each size you buy on that.
- When in doubt, lean towards the larger sizes. You can still wear a shirt if it’s a too big, but if it’s too small it may never get worn at all.
- Don’t forget about shrinkage! If you’re ordering 100% cotton shirts, larger sizes will help account for any shrinking.
- Products labeled “fashion fit” are usually more form-fitting, so remember to consider this when selecting sizes.
