Screen Printing FAQs
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a material, like fabric. Popular for creating custom t-shirts, custom hoodies, and other pieces of apparel, screen printing produces a high-quality, long-lasting print.
We use plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks to screen print apparel. Plastisol is essentially a liquid plastic and the most widely used ink in the industry. Water-based inks are thinner, produce a softer feel, and have become increasingly popular. Discharge inks are water-based, but include an additive that can increase color vibrancy in some applications.

Our screen-printed apparel can be produced and shipped quickly. With rush shipping, we can deliver custom-printed tees as quickly as 2 business days and 6 days using our, free standard shipping option.
We use two decoration methods for printed orders - screen printing and HD Digital. The minimum quantity for screen printing is typically 15 per unique color in your design. Please call or chat with our team for more info or to request screen printing for your order.
