Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving is a subtractive decoration process. Using a high-powered, computer-controlled laser beam, the machine vaporizes the top layer of the product's material such as the powder-coated paint on a stainless steel tumbler or the anodized coating on an aluminum tool.

By precisely stripping away this outer layer, the laser reveals the raw, underlying material beneath, usually a bright stainless steel, silver aluminum, or natural wood grain.

Why Choose Laser Engraving for Promotional Gear?

  • Permanent & Scratch-Resistant: Because your logo is physically etched into the material rather than printed on top of it, the design will never peel, flake, crack, or fade over time. It is built to withstand heavy daily use and rough handling.
  • Ultra-Crisp Precision: The laser beam can capture incredibly fine details, sharp vector lines, and small text that might otherwise bleed or smudge if printed with liquid ink.
  • Premium, High-End Finish: Laser engraving gives promotional items—like YETI tumblers, metal tech accessories, pen sets, and bamboo notebooks—a clean, professional, and sophisticated look that naturally catches the light.

Design Tip: Laser engraving does not use colored inks. The color of your finished logo depends entirely on the underlying material of the item itself (for example, engraving a matte black water bottle will yield a clean, silver metal logo).
