Once you’ve created your custom godmother t-shirts, our ordering process is simple. We have an expert QA process in place to review every order to catch and fix basic design issues such as problems with image quality or placement. If you have indicated that you would like to receive a design proof for orders with a quantity of 16 or more, we will provide this to you via email. Alternatively, if your design is auto-approved, then production will begin. Once the order is completed our team will inspect each shirt to ensure it meets our quality standards. Then the order will be packaged and shipped to your door.
This depends on the shipping option you choose. If you opt for rush shipping, then we’ll get your printed product to you in as little as 2 business days or for embroidered products, this will be delivered in just 6 business days. Our rush shipping service is guaranteed. If you choose our free standard shipping, printed items will arrive within 6 business days and embroidered items will arrive within 9-12 business days.
If our shipping options don’t match the event date that you are catering for, get in touch with a member of our expert team and we’ll do what we can to expedite your order and get it to you in time.
