When we received our first proof, we did make an adjustment. The second proof appeared to be perfect so I clocked “approve”. Later that day, I noticed a problem in the second and called immediately. I spoke with someone who instantly contacted the art department to double check the artwork was actually correct while I was still on the phone with her. We confirmed it was correct and they sent a third and final proof within 20 minutes for my confirmation. Very impressed with their excellent service, and our order was amazing.
