I’m normally a decent writer, but I’m tired so.. long story short: the white hats seem of a lower quality than the colored ones, I was promised items from a previous order to be accommodated on my next order (this one, didn’t receive), and I’ve called on more than one occasion about info and special order items (haven’t received). As for the good, my order arrived sooner than expected and I was able to take them to a vendor event I was booked for so kudos there.
