The cost of your custom trucker hat depends on the style of the hat, how many are being printed or embroidered, and the number of ink or thread colors being used. We offer a volume discount to ensure the more pieces you buy, the lower your cost per piece.

For custom screen printed trucker hats, we require a minimum order of three. For custom embroidered trucker hats, we require a minimum order of six. Keep in mind, our volume discount approach to pricing means the more custom hats you order, the lower your price per hat will be.

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. You can receive printed trucker in as fast as 2 business days and embroidered items within 6 business days with our Rush Delivery options. Our free standard shipping delivers printed and embroidered designs within 9-12 business days.

Absolutely! We can print in any location on your product. Just upload your art off the print area (blue box) and tell us here where you'd like it placed on your garment. Call us to review or complete your order online and we'll review and notify you of the additional cost after checkout.

We offer printing, which includes screen printing or HD digital printing, or embroidery, depending on the product you choose. The available customization methods will be listed on the product page.
