Promotional Product Minimums
Promotional products follow different production requirements than custom apparel.
- Promotional Products – Minimum order quantities vary by product, but certain items are available through our No Minimum Promotional Products collection.
Why Do Promotional Products Have Minimums?
While our printed apparel can often be produced one piece at a time, many promotional items—such as water bottles, custom pens, tech accessories, drinkware, and tote bags—require specialized decoration equipment and manufacturing processes.
Promotional products are commonly decorated using methods such as:
- Pad Printing
- Laser Engraving
- Screen Printing
- UV Printing
- DTF Transfers
These processes involve setup and calibration work before production begins, including:
- Creating custom print plates or screens
- Configuring equipment for the product's shape and imprint area
- Testing alignment and print quality
Because these setup requirements are the same whether an order contains 1 item or 500 items, manufacturers typically establish minimum order quantities. Depending on the product, minimums generally range from 25 to 100 units.
Where To Find Product Minimums
The minimum order quantity for each promotional product is displayed directly on the product page near pricing and customization details. This allows you to confirm ordering requirements before beginning your design.
Many promotional products also offer volume pricing, meaning the cost per item typically decreases as order quantities increase.
