How do I customize a pocket t-shirt?

There are three main ways to customize a shirt. Screen printing is the most popular way to add a design to a shirt. This process uses silkscreens and ink to press the design onto your shirt. We also offer digital printing, embroidery, tackle twill lettering, and vinyl names and numbers.  The type of decoration used can depend on the design, the products, your budget, and the number of items being printed. Our Design Studio was built to make the process quick and easy for anyone to use. Besides pocket t-shirts, we have a wide selection of shirts including fitted, polo, dri fit, and many more. How much does a custom pocket t-shirt cost?

Your custom kids t-shirt’s cost is dependent on a few key factors, including the style, how many are being printed or embroidered, and the number of ink or thread colors being used. We offer a volume discount approach to determine your cost per piece. Let’s use the Gildan Short Sleeve Pocket T-shirt as an example. If you were to order three shirts, customized with a one-color screen print, the cost would be a little under $31 per piece. If you were to order nine, however, the cost would be around $19.  We strive to make your order as affordable as possible, and include free standard shipping to the continental US on every order. Regardless of how simple or complex your design is, you’ll never be hit with hidden fees or misleading add-ons.

I only want a few pocket t-shirts. Is there a minimum quantity?

Accepted Answer

Order as many or as few custom t-shirts as you’d like from our no minimum section.  For other items, the minimum order size is three pieces. If you're interested in embroidery, the minimum order size is six pieces.
