Can I include my organization’s logo if I use a fundraiser template?
Definitely! Use our custom design studio to upload any original artwork to the template. If you want your logo to last a lifetime, check out our embroidery services.
I know how many t-shirts I need but which sizes should I order?
It’s always best to ask for sizes when attendees RSVP, but we know it’s not always possible. In these cases, it’s always best to order mostly larger sizes because it’s easier to fit into a t-shirt that is too big than one that is too small!
How far in advance should I order my fundraiser t-shirts?
To get free shipping, you should place your order at least 10 business days before you need your fundraiser t-shirts. If your event is sooner than that, don’t panic! We have a variety of rush order delivery options available at checkout.
What if I’m not satisfied with how the fundraiser template was printed?
If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 15 days through chat (available on our website) or call (800) 620-1233. We're here to assist you 7 days a week.
