Complete Design, Order Review, & Customer Approval Process
• Every single order is reviewed by a professional designer before going to print. With every order, every customer receives a final proof for approval. Absolutely nothing goes to print without your approval, unless you opt into our auto-approval process at checkout.
• Proofing is essential to accuracy, but in case you would like to opt out of the proofing process, you may do so when checking out online for your own convenience.
Communication and Updates
• We believe it's important to include our customers in the printing process, so we keep them informed every step of the way. Accuracy and deadline are our top priorities, so we will email you as your order progresses.
