Are Gildan shirts correctly sized?

Gildan 100% cotton shirts are correctly sized, but all 100% cotton shirts will shrink (about 2%). However, the Gildan Softstyle® t-shirt (G640) is pre-shrunk. If shrinkage is a concern, it can be minimized by washing in cold water and dried on low heat. Gildan apparel made with polyester, or blended fabrics should have minimal shrinkage.

Are there brands comparable to Gildan?

Yes, Hanes and Fruit of The Loom are comparable, but Gildan is generally less expensive while having more color options and better availability.

Is there a minimum order size?

Custom-printed Gildan apparel has no minimum, while orders for embroidered clothing require a minimum of 6.
