Phillies Fever Heats Up as Local News Stations Spotlight Our Bryce Harper Tees
1/14/2021 by Imri Merritt
Once again the local news stations are visiting us here at RushOrderTees to check out our latest designs coming hot off the presses.
This time, the occasion is news of the Philadelphia Phillies signing a 13-year deal with former MVP Bryce Harper for a cool $330 million. As you can imagine, this has set the city ablaze with excitement.
And Bryce seems excited too.
Of course, we wasted no time in coming up with some great exclusive T-shirts to commemorate the occasion (truth be told, we had some ready to go).
Fans immediately started buying them up, and soon the local news stations were knocking on our door.
First was our buddies at Fox29 Good Day Philadelphia, who we always love to see, but they got a few things wrong, including our name. Whoops. It was early, so we’ll give them a pass. This time. Check out their segment:
Next up was coverage from PHL 17. Their reporter Khiree Stewart stopped by for a visit and put together a short segment featuring our telegenic sales manager Justin Bush, and some lovely music in the background.
Then came CBS 3, and Justin Bush was back to describe the “whirlwind day”. Cleve Bryan, one of the reporters, even snagged himself a custom tee featuring the CBS3 logo and started auctioning it off on air. That’s one way to do it!
