FedEx Failed, but Rush Order Tees Came Through!
I ordered tank tops for an event, and FedEx didn't meet the guaranteed delivery date. We missed being able to wear the tank tops for the event. FedEx was 4-days late in delivering the package, and it took 12 telephone calls to them (not an exaggeration) to be able to speak with them about the degree of necessity in their delivery.
It was an aggravating process, but Kymber with Rush Order Tees was EXCELLENT. She helped me through every step of the process, including reaching out to FedEx on my behalf, and reprinting a portion of the order and sending it via UPS so that I would be guaranteed to have two of them for a future event.
When the shirts finally arrived, I was pleased with the quality and the printing - but it was the excellent customer service that will keep me coming back to Rush Order Tees for future custom printing, using UPS as the shipper, of course!
