How does the ordering process work?

Step 1: You can Start Designing your own shirt or you can place your order here through our Easy Web Form.
Step 2: If you placed your order through Easy Web Form, call us immediately to review. If you placed your order through our design studio, you are all set.
Step 3: We send you a final design layout to approve before we begin production. At that time, you willl be required to approve it or make changes before we can begin printing your order.
Step 4: Once your order is approved, we start production immediately and print it according to the design specs you approved.
Step 5: We print each color in the correct print order while flash drying in-between each color.
Step 6: We dry your printed item at 380 Degrees for approximately 25 Seconds on a Conveyer Dryer (Kind of like Quizno's Rolling Heater) to ensure even temperature and curing of your ink. This step of the process ensures no cracking, no fading, no wash off, and no peeling.
Step 7: We double check your print for quality and then begin printing the rest of your order!
Step 8: We ship your order to your door, you're the happiest customer in the world, you call us next time... rush or no rush!

Most Common Rush T-Shirt Questions

1. How do I know my order will arrive on time?
Once your order is placed, if it is a rush order, it is expedited on the list to ensure that we can print it on time with sufficient time for artwork approval and production time. Once the order is printed, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number for added peace of mind. Trust us, we are professionals.

2. Can you guys print my logo?
In most cases, the answer is YES! We pick up Fortune 500 Company Accounts, Universities, and Businesses everyday and nationwide because we can deilver a quality product with the exact design or logo you require for your upcoming event or team meeting. We print upto 16 colors, which pretty much allows us to accomodate any design on any color shirt. Simply start designing your t-shirt online and we will send you a final design layout for your approval!

3. What if I don't like the artwork you send me?
Artwork concerns are a common question among our customers. Don't worry! This is the whole point of the approval process, so that you CAN make changes to your artwork. We want you to be happy, which is why we allow you to speak to a designer after receiving the first draft of your artwork to make changes and get your artwork going in the right direction. Artwork is the easiest part of the order for us. The most important thing is getting your order together with sizes, shipping, and billing info, the artwork will fall right into place from there, especially if you want your t-shirts in time!
