	All File Types are Accepted While our design studio is very robust and accepts many formats such as .JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIF, .PDF, the software in which we have created it in, also known as Flash, does not allow for ALL FILE TYPES to appear in the design studio. For this reason, we have created place-holders for formats the software cannot translate into an image. File formats such as .AI, .EPS, .DOC, .XLS, .PPT, .PSD...etc. are given place-holders. Eventhough it is only showing a place-holder for your image, it has been successfully uploaded to our server. Don't even think about worrying for a second! Remember, every order is sent a final design layout for your approval before we print anything! Just size it to your liking, center it the best you can, choose the ink colors you want the image to be printed in, and checkout. 	Pixelation Nobody wants rough edges on their design. We will clean up your pixelation issues by increasing the size of your image and redrawing your outlines so that your design prints perfectly. We can even change the color of your logo or add an outline, just ask.
	Placement & Centering After placing your order, we double check that your design is perfectly centered on your apparel. We also make sure that the placement from the neckline is correct. There is no need to worry if you are a little off center or a little too low, just eye it out, place your order, and we will send you a final design layout to review. If you place objects in your design off center or in an odd place, we will check with you first before making any changes.
	Removing Background Colors on your Uploaded Images When uploading your own design to our design studio, sometimes a background color will show and it could be slightly different than your shirt color. In some cases, it is completely different than the shirt color. Not to worry, this is an easy fix. After placing your order, our designers will remove that background and show you a final design layout of your image placed directly on your apparel.
	Color Changes Any piece of artwork can be completely modified, so changing the colors in your image is a breeze. For example, a customer sent us this multi color image on a white background. The customer knew they wanted black tees and wanted to complete the print using just four fluorescent colors. After our designers touched it up, check out what they came up with. Most importantly, our customer did not have to do anything but give us a simple explanation of what they wanted and we took it from there!
	Adding text or art to your Uploaded Images After adding an image to your design, you can easily add text to your design or implement additional design elements or clipart with ease. Click on Add Text to add a simple slogan, a name list, or even a full paragraph of text! Click on Add Clipart to add design enhancing clipart such as shapes, ink splashes, or even animals. 	Removing or Changing text or art from your Uploaded Images Whether you have extra text or maybe you've uploaded a piece of artwork from last year and you want the the year updated, we can help! Upon checkout, there will be a notes section where you can type in all of your concerns, including changes you could not do on your own or to have us double check something for you. Trust us, we read every single note. It is truly the difference between a happy customer and an unsatisfied customer. We also have a designer review every order and send a final design layout before anything is printed so that you may approve your artwork or make changes.
	Adjusting Print Size on orders with Youth and Adult Apparel If you are ordering both youth and adult apparel, don't worry! We always make sure that your print will fit on all of the apparel you order, even if that means making two different print sizes for you! 	Ink Color Contrast Place your order with what you think looks best when it comes to your Ink Color Contrast vs. your Shirt Color. Meaning, if you think white ink looks great on a forest green t-shirt, go for it. Or if you think red ink looks great on a black t-shirt, no problem. Everyone has unique taste, but if we feel that you have chosen an ink color that will not be visible on the shirt color you have chosen, we will notify you of our concerns by phone or email. 	Converting Full Color Images to One Color (Black and White) We have many customers who place orders for events, such as a birthday party with a picture of a friend or relative on the shirt, but they don't want to spend a lot of money doing it. We can easily take your image and make it black and white, and then print it in whatever color you want on whatever color apparel you want. Or they may send us a multi-color image of a puppy they found online and just want it simplified to 1 or 2 colors. Again, this is no problem! When it comes to art, anything is possible. 	Simplifying your Image We touched on this above, but we thought we would give more examples of simplifying colors. For example, taking a Christmas tree, lights and all, and just simplifying it down to Green and Red. Or taking a picture of a Rainbow and making it just Yellow with Blue outlines. 	Fades, Gradients, and Halftones Yes, we can do it. If you are printing a picture of a fire that fades from Red to Orange to Yellow, we can make it fade smoothly using those 3 colors. Or if you intend on printing a sunset that fades from Black to Blue to Purple to Pink, it is our specialty. We always recommend you check out our screen printing samples just to see some of the work we have printed. You will see plenty of graphics that fade from one color in to another.
	Full Color Photographs on White Apparel - CMYK Process We print full color photographs and artwork every single day. Better known as CMYK, it is routine at Rushordertees.com. The same way magazines print full color images on white paper is the same process we use. They use just 4 colors to create millions of colors. With the use of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink, we can make your full color photograph come to life on your custom apparel.
	Full Color Photographs on Dark Apparel - Simulated Process This is considered the final frontier in screen printing. The hardest process to accomplish and somehow we make it look easy. We print full color photos for concerts, bands, celebrities, Nascar, events, you name it. This type of screen printing is called Simulated Process. It is basically the use of many colors to give the look of a full color image on dark colored t-shirt. It is much more complex than the CMYK process becaues CMYK is only done on white apparel. We have printed t-shirt jobs for concert apparel that needed 18 colors. A job with a picture of a celebrity on a black t-shirt could require 14 colors. No matter what, we will find a way to screen print your image onto your apparel of choice. 	Fax, E-mail, and/or Explain your artwork by Phone When it comes to artwork, everyone has their own communication preference. Many customers use e-mail. Some don't use e-mail at all and would rather explain their artwork by phone or just fax it in. We have thousands of customers annually who use 1 of these 3 methods of sending their artwork to us. We will assist you in anyway possible so we can complete your order for you, even it if means recreating a black and white fax to make it full color. We even have some customers who would rather do everything by phone, including the artwork portion of their order and they simply explain what they want and we follow every direction.
