A heat transfer, also known as a heat press, has the ability to create a print as perfect as the photograph or design you send to us. Heat transfers are created by printing your image onto specific transfer paper inverseley(mirrored), and then transfered with a heat press directly onto the t-shirt for 10 seconds at 350 degrees. It is a transfer, so it is most commonly used for one time events, parties, and memorials. The process allows the ability to create the exact t-shirt you had in mind, because transfers have no limitations in terms of number of colors we can print. We use only the highest quality transfer paper as well as Epson printers to create a perfect heat transfer that will last many washes and allows you to hold onto the t-shirt as a keep-sake after your event. Step 1: You send us your logo and we will figure out if it is best to screen print or heatpress your image depending on your specs and quantity.
Step 2: We send you a final proof or layout for you to approve before we begin production of your t-shirt, in most cases, a white t-shirt for heat transfers.
Step 3: We print a sample to ensure the coloring is correct for approval by our production management team.
Step 4: We complete the pressing of your order directly onto your garments.

Most Common Heat Transfer Questions

1. How long will the heat transfer print last?
The image does not break down or start fading until you start washing your custom t-shirt. The t-shirt will look perfect until that point. Hand washing and hanging the shirt to dry does retain the quality of the print for a much longer period of time. Heat transfers can last anywhere from 10 washes to 20 washes, depending on how you handle the cleaning of your t-shirt. We have sold tens of thousands of heat transfer t-shirts, so it is really about choosing the right type of event to make use of this process. Again, one time events and parties are usually the best time to use this process when you may need a full color photograph for your custom t-shirts.

2. What is the quality of the print?
The print is perfect. It looks the same as if you printed it on your own color printer at home or at work. We do the same thing, except with a different type of paper, which is then transferred directly onto a t-shirt, retaining the same print quality.

3. Can you delivery heat transfers in a rush?
