Our embroidery department has grown to be one of the leading embroidery suppliers for small businesses, colleges and universities, schools, uniform companies, fortune 500 companies, and sporting teams.

Embroidery is the use of rayon or polyester thread to customize apparel such as t-shirts, polo golf shirts, hats, jackets, bags, business wear, and uniforms. It works by creating what is called a digitized file so that the our Tajima embroidery machines know where to sew, and with what stitch pattern to sew, to create your perfectly embroidered logo.

All logos are given to our in-house embroidery professionals to decide on which stitch pattern to use for each section of your custom designed logo. This is the most important part of the embroidery process, because this is how every single one of your shirts will look based on the digitized embroidery file.For that reason, we understand the importance of making your logo stitch patterns looks perfect the first time so it looks good on every single piece.
