About Us
screenprinting
Can you print over the zipper on a hoodie?
No. We recommend if you want to print a full front on a zip-up hooded sweatshirt, that you split the design down the center and leave a 1 inch margin on each side of the zipper.
*Note: If you need any assistance with this or anything else regarding artwork, please feel free to contact the art department.
How can I see a sample of my order before it gets printed?
Simple. Our design studio is an accurate preview of what your order will look like. Along with a preview of the garment, the design studio also lists the garment color, the garment sizes you selected in your order, all ink and/or vinyl colors on front and back, the day your order will be delivered and your total price.
How many colors can you print?
We can print as many as 10 ink colors in a single print area.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique. The image to be printed is transferred to a very fine fabric or mesh otherwise known as the screen. The areas that are not to be printed are blocked out on the screen. Ink is then applied to the screen, and then moved across the screen with a squeegee which penetrates areas of the screen not blocked by the stencil. By using several screens a number of ink colors may be employed in a single print.
What is the minimum quantity I have to order for screen printing?
We take orders as low as 1 piece. Please keep in mind, the more items you order, the cheaper the price is.
What is the maximum quantity that you will print?
There is no limit. We will accommodate any size order.
How fast can you deliver my screen printed order?
Standard turn around time is anywhere from 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed. However, our specialty is turning around orders for next day delivery.
Example: If you place an order on Monday, we can have it delivered to your front door by Tuesday morning.
How large can you print my image?
Our recommended print area is 10.5 inches in width scaled proportionally.
Our maximum print area is 12 inches wide x 14 inches high.
*Note: For special requests, please feel free to contact our customer service department.
Can you print on sleeves?
Yes. The design studio is currently not setup for imprinting on sleeves.
However, if you do need sleeve printing, please call and ask for our customer service department so they can update your order & give you the appropriate adjusted pricing.
*Note: Sleeve printing must be small enough to fit on one side of the sleeve. We do not offer wrap around sleeve printing.
How do I give special instructions in the design studio?
There is a section called “Design Notes” on the checkout page of the design studio. Please list any/all concerns or requests you may have. A customer service representative will review the notes and contact you if needed as they process your order.
